3. What is the Refillery Program, and how does it work?
Our Refillery Program allows you to refill your favorite skincare products in reusable containers, reducing waste and supporting sustainable practices. Simply bring in or mail your empty containers, and we’ll refill them with fresh product.

4. Are your products cruelty-free and environmentally friendly?
Absolutely! All Vault Body Studio products are cruelty-free, and we prioritize sustainable practices in our sourcing and packaging. We are committed to providing skincare that cares for both your skin and the planet.

5. Can I return or exchange a product if I’m not satisfied?
